At Covenant Baptist Church, worship is an interesting blend of formality and friendliness. Our worship has structure and order, but we dress comfortably and don't worry if children sometimes make noise. We pray together each week, taking requests from the congregation. Our children often speak up and ask for prayers as well.

Worship begins at 10:30 in the morning after 15 minutes of coffee and fellowship. Our Sunday morning worship time lasts about an hour.

 
Our music team leads us in worship singing, and is comprised of volunteers from our congregation. We sing a combination of traditional hymns and new worship songs.

      

 

Children are welcome and an important part of worship at Covenant. At the beginning of the service they come forward and talk with our pastor on a blanket. The smallest ones help with the offering each week.

Community Supper- Wednesday
 We meet at the church at 6pm for a shared meal and conversation around the tables. All are welcome to join us. Click here for more information and to sign up.

Covenant Youth (grades 7-12)
Sunday Lunch & Games..........First Sunday of each month.
Service Projects and Fun...........Once a month.

Monthly Potluck
We enjoy a potluck lunch the last Sunday of every month.  If you are a "regular" at Covenant, please bring something to share that will feed your family plus a few more.  If you are planning to visit on a Potluck Sunday, feel free to join us and enjoy a Sunday without cooking!  There is ALWAYS enough to share.

 

 

Holiday Observances
Covenant Baptist Church enjoys a full and festive observance of Advent each of the four Sundays before Christmas.

We also observe the season of Lent which begins 40 days before Easter. We celebrate Easter Sunday with a family breakfast and egg hunt for the children before worship.
